- Cook partially all the vegetables in salty water
- Drain water from vegies
- In wok/deep pan heat oil and add onions till tender

- Add blanched vegies and toss

Method
- Boil the yellow beans in oil and salty water.
- In a large pan, heat oil and add chopped onion. Cook till tender.
- Add garlic and ginger until golden brown.
- Add concasse carrots and peanut powder. Stir constantly.
- Add vegetable broth I water and bring to boil.
- Add boiled yellow beans and let it cook for about ten minutes.
