Vegetable Stir Fry

Healthy stir fry loaded with incredible flavor
  • Garden peas ( any other vegetables can work as well)
  • Carrots
  • Onions
  • Bells peppers [red & yellow]
  • Baby marrow
  • Peanut powder
  • Garlic
  • Seasoning
  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  1. Cook partially all the vegetables in salty water
  2. Drain water from vegies
  • In wok/deep pan heat oil and add onions till tender
  1. Add garlic and seasoning
  2. Add blanched vegies and toss
  3. Add peanut powder and stir
  • Serve while hot

Peanut Bean Stew

A dollop of peanut powder makes this dish awesome. It is more than just a stew..
  • Yellow beans
  • Peanut powder
  • Ginger
  • fresh garlic
  • tomatoes
  • carrots
  • onions
  • Salt and pepper
  • Dhania
  1. Boil the yellow beans in oil and salty water.
  2. In a large pan, heat oil and add chopped onion. Cook till tender.
  • Add garlic and ginger until golden brown.
  1. Add concasse carrots and peanut powder. Stir constantly.
  2. Add vegetable broth I water and bring to boil.
  3. Add boiled yellow beans and let it cook for about ten minutes.
